«Boeing-737» transportation

In July 2014 «BOEING-737» was transported from Khrabrovo airport (Kaliningrad region) to Institute of Transport and technical service (former polytechnic college), having address at Ozerova str., Kaliningrad.
The aircraft was transported in parts. The most complicated thing was the fuselage transportation. The primary goal was to find an appropriate engineering decision and to place the fuselage on special semitrailer safely.
After determination of the loaded road-train geometry, the engineers set up to route developing. Even our specialists considered this transportation to be rather complicated, as streets of the Kaliningrad city (former Konigsberg) are narrow and meandering and have numerous overhead air systems.
